October 9, 2026

Fall is here, and so is something new. On October 7, we rolled out a fresh menu across all CoffeeCo Café locations. It’s the biggest menu update we’ve done in a while, and the timing couldn’t be better. The leaves are turning, the mornings are crisp, and Lancaster County is in full fall mode. If there was ever a month to walk into one of our cafés and try something you’ve never ordered before, this is it.
The new menu covers everything: breakfast, lunch, crafted drinks, and a few things that don’t fit neatly into any category. Some of your favorites are still there. Plenty of new ones are too. Here’s what to know and what to try first.
New Crafted Drinks Built for Cool Mornings
The crafted drink lineup is where fall really shines on the new menu. These are the drinks our baristas have been excited about for weeks, and they’re designed to hit exactly the way a late-October coffee should: warm, a little indulgent, and worth slowing down for.
A few to put at the top of your list this month:
- Honey Bee Latte (honey, cinnamon, espresso, milk). Simple, warm, and the kind of drink that just feels right in October.
- The Cozy Brown (espresso, brown sugar, caramel sauce, cold foam, caramel drizzle). Named for a reason.
- Sugar Kissed Campfire (white chocolate, toasted marshmallow, cold brew, cold foam, raw sugar). Toasted marshmallow and fall were made for each other.
- Iced Shaken Salty Maple (maple syrup, sea salt, espresso, milk). Maple is the most underrated fall flavor out there, and this one gets it right.
- Toffee Cloud Cold Brew (toffee nut, caramel, cold brew, cold foam, caramel drizzle). For anyone running cold brew straight through fall.
And just about any drink on the menu can be made hot or iced, so order it the way the weather tells you to.
The Featured Red Espresso Lineup
One of the more interesting additions is Red Espresso, a South African rooibos tea brewed espresso-style. It’s naturally caffeine-free, low in tannins, and rich in antioxidants, which makes it a solid option for an afternoon drink when you still want something that feels like coffee without the caffeine.
Right now it anchors two featured drinks. The Red Symphony is Decaf Red espresso with white chocolate, milk, whipped cream, honey, and cinnamon. Warm, sweet, and a little dessert-like. The Fresh Red is lighter: Decaf Red espresso with your choice of white cranberry juice, orange juice, or lemonade. Bright and refreshing, and a nice change of pace. Both are worth trying this month.
Breakfast That Actually Feels Like Fall
The new breakfast menu is the kind of update that reminds you why made-from-scratch matters. Pretty much everything on it is built in our kitchen using house recipes, from the sweet bread for the French toast to the house cheese sauce, the baked oatmeal, and our own CoffeeCo Cheese. We’ve been doing it this way since 1983, and the new menu leans into it harder than ever.
A few fall-friendly favorites worth ordering this month: the Cinnamon Bun Pancakes (brown sugar cinnamon pancakes with cream cheese icing), the Lemon Blueberry French Toast made with our in-house sweet bread, the Bacon Jam Bowl loaded with eggs, cheese sauce, peppers, onions, and bacon jam, or the Jammy Sammy (an everything bagel with hot pepper jam cream cheese, bacon, scrambled egg, spinach, tomato, and onion). Any one of them paired with a Honey Bee Latte or a fresh drip coffee is a legitimate October morning.
Breakfast is still served all day at most locations, which matters this time of year. A plate of French toast on a cool Saturday morning at 10:30 is one of the better reasons to leave the house.
Lunch That Earns Its Keep
The new lunch menu starts at 11 am and brings a lineup of sandwiches worth building a day around. The Steakwich (pretzel roll, thin-sliced ribeye, provolone, chimichurri, pickled onions, arugula) is the standout. The 30 is still here: pretzel roll, turkey, avocado mash, bacon, muenster, tomato, and dill ranch. The Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese is a fall mood in sandwich form. And the Rachel (rye, turkey, swiss, coleslaw, thousand island) is for anyone who takes their deli lunch seriously.
Pair any of them with a cup of our Chili or Soup of the Day and you’ve got a lunch that actually fits the weather. The Combo (half sandwich or salad plus a cup of soup, 13.45) is one of the best values on the menu for a reason.
Make the New Menu Part of Your Fall
With locations in Ephrata, Lancaster Shopping Center, Landisville, Lititz, Mill Creek Square, and New Holland, there’s a café close to wherever October is taking you. Stop by this week, try something new off the menu, and let fall do what fall does best.
We put a lot of care into this update. We’re excited for you to taste it.
